Assistant Hotel Manager
The position is based at our Boutique Hotel property, Camps Bay Retreat. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and self motivated individual. You will be responsible for the operational departments within the Hotel, specifically aiming to improve the levels of services and standards and reporting to the Retreat Manager. The candidate is required to have a proven track record in Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and the Kitchens.
New fresh ideas and the ability to fit into a flexible environment is essential.  Strong management skills, a creative flair and a drive to get the job done will secure. Minimum requirements would a hotel management diploma and 3-4 years experience in a senior management position in front office or food and beverage.

Duty Manager
The position is based at The Farmhouse Hotel. Minimum requirements for this position are 2 years experience in a hotel environment with supervisory abilities. The ideal candidate will have visited all popular tourist destinations, be able to upsell the property and be strong in administration. Staff training, exceptional guest relations and attention to detail is essential. Must be willing to be an all rounder and be passionate about delivering personalized service.

Restaurant Supervisor
The position is varied with several facets.  The ideal candidate will be an all rounder and easily adaptable. Responsible for contact with the guests, ensuring exceptional service levels to create the most enjoyable stay at The Bay Hotel. Must be energetic, innovative and “out of the box” thinker. Minimum requirements are a Hotel Management Diploma or 2 years Supervisory experience in Food and Beverage. Own transport is essential.

Admin Assistant
The Facilities Department is looking to employ a presentable and energetic individual. Must be well organized, have a drivers license and be flexible and adaptable for a fast changing environment.
Ability to use initiative and must be willing to work extra hours as the need arises.

Guest Driver
Camps Bay Cars boast luxurious transfers and tours from The Bay Hotel. Guest drivers must be fully knowledgeable on all the tourist attractions. A tour guide qualification will be advantageous. Minimum requirements for the position are a valid PDP license, exceptional guest services skills and a passion for the job.

Concierge
The position is based in Camps Bay. We are looking to employ an individual who strives on delivering exceptional customer care and service. The minimum requirements for this position are 1 years experience or a completed diploma. The candidate will have visited all Cape Towns popular tourist destinations, be able to upsell the property, have a drivers license and be strong in administration.

The position is based in Camps Bay. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in a similar environment, have security certification, an investigative background, drivers license and own transport. Must be willing to work shifts, have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with staff, visitors and guests.

Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a graphic designer required for busting in-house design studio which services a dynamic hospitality group. The Production and Branding department is responsible for all the company’s creative material. You will enjoy a wide variety of jobs from concept to repro stage. Minimum requirements for the position a Design qualification, experience in a printing environment, as well photography and marketing exposure. Programme knowledge required is In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, FreeHand, Word and Excel. Must be able to multi task, understand and interpret briefs and be willing to go the extra mile

Handyman
The position will be based in Camps Bay. Maintenance varies from the day-to-day basics to minor renovations. It involves electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance. The ideal candidate would love getting their hands dirty, be technically minded and have a drivers license. Should the need arise, you will also service the other properties in the group. Minimum 2 years experience in general maintenance and a pleasant disposition will secure.
